Aetherobic is the drone manufacturing brand of Aether Private Limited — a 2025-born startup from Paschim Bardhaman, West Bengal. Founded by Niraj Verma, we manufacture both high and low definition drones along with critical drone parts, fully assembled in India for our clients in defence, agriculture, mapping, inspection and FPV.
Building India's Own Manufacturing Base For Flying Robotics
Aether Private Limited was founded on a single conviction: India should not just fly drones, it should build them — from the airframe to the parts inside it.
We started this company to bring back the josh of manufacturing flying objects and robotics in India — to build a future where Indian drone parts are designed, engineered and produced by Indian hands, instead of depending permanently on imported components.
That kind of full, ground-up production isn't something that happens overnight — building an indigenous parts-manufacturing ecosystem takes capital, time and partners. Right now, as a bootstrapped startup, our drones are assembled in-house in India using a mix of imported components and parts sourced from Indian companies — genuinely Made-in-India assembled UAVs, built with the resources we have today.
Our director is actively working to bring Indian companies on board as manufacturing collaborators — partners willing to localise production of the components that currently need to be imported. Every collaboration we close is a step toward our real goal: producing our drones and their critical parts entirely within India, and eventually exporting them to the world.
